Downtown Easton - A hyper competitive micro-environment

Downtown Easton has experienced explosive growth over the past 15 years. There are now almost sixty places to get a bite to eat in the downtown. There are nearly 25 places to get a cup of coffee. We're in our sixth consecutive year of construction, with two or three more years of it. On the surface, it appears that Easton is booming. There is a lot more to the story.

I'm not going to get into the myriad of problems facing downtown business owners. Most are already aware. In a nutshell, there is barely enough parking spots for the residents of the downtown – and more apartment buildings with no parking are coming online, in addition to hotel which also has no parking. Its simple math. Parking is a real problem that isn't going away.

Traffic in the downtown is becoming a problem as well. And that is only going to get worse as more people more into the apartment buildings being completed. We're going to have Center City Philadelphia style traffic before long.

In addition, there are far too many restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Compare it to Olde City in Philadelphia. Its similar - a strong concentration of restaurants in small radius. Philadelphia can support that many restaurants. Easton simply can not.

Not all businesses in Easton will endure - make sure your business endures and thrives. So many small business owners try to do everything themselves - from their social to their website to their advertising to their design. This is a fool's game. They are setting themselves up to fail. It is easy to get an edge of them - hire an ad agency and have the professionals get the job done and get results.

The outcome? A hyper competitive micro-environment. Want to get an edge over your competition? The best option is to hire us to handle your advertising, social, design and printing. We've been in business for over 15 years. We understand the landscape in Easton and the Lehigh Valley. We are the oldest establish ad agency in Easton still in operation. We are the only ad agency and design studio in the area to also have a full in-house print shop. We have worked with so many businesses in Easton, including Easton Outdoor Company, Easton Salsa Company, Easton Farmers Market, Easton Public Market, PA Baconfest, Easton Garlic Fest, Chocodiem, Mangia Carne, State Cafe, Aman's and so many more.
